Like seriously, anyone on this team except Kawhi should be available for trade if the result means we're getting KD. We're definitely not contending as of now (probably barely 1st round exit if we're lucky?) but if we throw couple of picks and trade for KD we could definitely be going to the finals. Wij zitten heel erg in dubio wat we moeten doen. Wij wonen momenteel heel erg goedkoop, we hebben en een jaren 80 tussenwoning van ongeveer 115 m2, met een hypotheek van 180k met een rente van 1,1% die nog vaststaat tot 2032, dus bruto maandlasten van minder dan 700 per maand. Maar de woning is niet helemala naar wens. We hebben een dochter en een tweeling op komst en ik merk dat de woonkamer te klein is en we komen een slaapkamer tekort. Nu zouden we nog wel kunnen uitbouwen en evt. Een slaapkamer op zolder kunnen creëren, en we zouden nog wel meer willen doen hier zoals o.a. de badkamer. Ik denk dat we nog wel 100k nodig hebben om deze zaken op te lossen, maar dan hebben we wel een kleinere tuin (en die is al niet groot. Aan de andere kant denken we erover na om wellicht te verhuizen. We hebben best wel wat mogelijkheden. We hebben tussen de 160k en 180k overwaarde, en kunnen naar schatting rond de 500k hypotheek krijgen max (bruto gezinsinkomen van 105k-120k). Waarvan we hier een hele mooie twee-onder-een kap woning kunnen kopen, met ca. 150m2 woonoppervlakte. Maar dan gaan wel onze hypotheeklasten x3, en ik vind ook juist die vrijheid die we nu hebben met de lage hypotheek wel fijn. Ik kom er gewoon niet uit. Ik wil een fijn huis voor de kinderen, maar ik wil me ook niet helemaal scheel betalen aan het huis. Wat is wijsheid?New Face Theory packaging
Anyone else HATE it? I’ve been a long term Fave Theory customer and I just can’t get on board with their new packaging. I’ve tried to be really careful with how I squeeze the tube but even so I’m at a point now where I’m gonna have to cut open my moisturiser because I can’t squeeze more out. Feels like you’re much worse off especially considering the cost! And it leaves this gross grey residue after a while, and was so hard to open in the first place!! Hi everyone, I'm hoping someone can recommend me a route/little trip. We live in London and I'll be on holidays for February half-term (I work as a teacher). I haven't organised anything as I'm struggling with other matters that need my attention. I'm F/20 college student, and since the first day of class, there's been this guy who's always avoided/ignored me for no reason. We're not even close so l don't know why he ignores or don’t talk to me. The first time I spoke to him was to ask if he needed one more person for a project, but he completely ignored me.
